LocalView 360 — Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern all business relationships between Montreal Film Inc., operating under the brand name LocalView 360, and its clients within the province of Québec, Canada.

All services, contracts, and transactions are subject exclusively to these terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any individually negotiated agreement takes precedence over these terms.

2. Prices and Contract

All prices are stated in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The base rate for a complete Google Street View Virtual Tour is $199 (all-inclusive).

Final pricing may vary depending on the size of the business, the number of panoramic points, and the complexity of the project.

Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the issue date. LocalView 360 reserves the right to request a partial advance payment before the project begins.

Any modifications requested by the client after order confirmation may result in additional fees.

3. Payment and Tax Status

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the photo session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include Interac e-Transfer, credit card, or direct bank transfer.

At this time, Montreal Film Inc. (operating as LocalView 360) qualifies as a Small Supplier under the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines. As annual revenue remains below $30,000 CAD, the company is not registered for GST or QST and does not collect or charge sales tax on its invoices.

If registration becomes mandatory in the future, applicable taxes will be added according to Québec law, and clients will be notified of any change.

4. Scope of Service and Delivery

LocalView 360 provides:

• Professional 360° photography using Google-approved equipment
• On-site creation and upload of the virtual tour
• Integration with the client’s Google Business Profile
• An embed code for use on websites and social media

The full process is usually completed on-site within one hour, and the tour typically appears live on Google Maps within 48–72 hours, depending on Google’s system updates.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the space is clean, organized, and accessible before the shoot.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled up to three (3) business days prior to the scheduled date at no cost.

Cancellations or rescheduling within less than three (3) days may incur a $75 CAD service fee.

In the event of severe weather (heavy rain or snow), outdoor photography may be rescheduled by mutual agreement without penalty.

6. Image Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon full payment, all rights to the captured images and the virtual tour are transferred to the client.

However, LocalView 360 (Montreal Film Inc.) retains the right to use selected images or video segments for portfolio showcase, marketing materials, educational content, or website/social media publication, unless the client explicitly requests in writing that their visuals not be used for such purposes.

Montreal Film Inc. guarantees that any public use of client imagery will be handled respectfully and will never include private, sensitive, or personally identifiable information without prior consent.

The client remains free to use their photos and virtual tour on their website, social media platforms, printed materials, and Google Business Profile without restriction.

7. Google Business Profile Setup and Integration

If the client does not have an active Google Business Profile, LocalView 360 can create and verify one during the session. This includes full setup, business listing, map pin placement, and connecting the 360° tour to the profile.

A $50 CAD service fee applies for the Google Business Profile creation and verification process. If the client already has a verified profile, the connection of the virtual tour is provided at no extra charge.

Once uploaded, Google typically requires 48 to 72 hours to finalize navigation arrows, linking, and complete visibility on Google Maps.

8. Liability

LocalView 360 performs all services according to Google Street View standards and professional best practices. However, the company cannot be held liable for technical delays or software issues originating from Google or other third-party platforms.

No liability shall be assumed for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or lost business opportunities.
