At the scheduled time, a LocalView 360 certified photographer will arrive at your business to capture high-quality 360° panoramic images. Following Google’s official Street View standards, photos are taken every 3–4 meters, starting at your main entrance and covering the areas you choose.

You decide which parts of your business will be included in the virtual tour. Typically, we capture all publicly accessible areas, but the final decision is entirely yours.

To comply with Google’s privacy policy, all faces are automatically blurred. For best results, we recommend scheduling your shoot when the location is less crowded. If you wish to include staff or clients, just let us know in advance so we can prepare photo consent forms.

Take a few minutes to clean, organize, and showcase your business in its best light. Think about how you’d like potential customers to see your space when exploring it on Google Maps.

Yes, you can reschedule up to three business days before your appointment. We’ll do our best to find another time slot. However, if rescheduling isn’t possible and the shoot must be cancelled, a cancellation fee of $150 CAD applies (adjusted for the Canadian market).

Once your 360° tour is uploaded and published on Google, you’ll receive an email notification from us. This process usually takes 48 to 72 hours — the time Google needs to complete its technical validation (adding navigation arrows and Street View features). Your confirmation email will also include an embed code to integrate the tour into your website or share on social media.

We provide a simple HTML embed code that you can paste directly into your website, making your virtual tour fully interactive. Detailed step-by-step instructions are included in your email confirmation.

Indoor sessions are not affected by weather conditions. However, outdoor shots may need to be rescheduled in case of heavy rain or snow. Please ensure someone from your team is on-site during the appointment, as our photographers follow a precise schedule.
